The staff at Bann were wonderfully accommodating, always eager to make sure every need of ours and our corgi, Katsu, was met with warmth and kindness. Their attentive care truly made our stay relaxing and joyful. Katsu had a fantastic time exploring the spacious grounds, making new furry friends, and especially loved the dedicated pet play area where he could run freely. Thanks to the property’s excellent pet-friendly amenities and the staff’s heartfelt attention, our visit was a delightful and memorable experience for the whole family and was one of Katsu’s favorite places to run around and visit in Napa Valley.
