I was greeted warmly by the staff, who acknowledged my status and expedited the check-in procedure, making me feel valued from the outset. Even though the hotel was fully booked, which meant no upgrade was available, the team ensured my experience remained high caliber. Access to exclusive benefits, such as complimentary breakfast and late checkout, enhanced my overall stay, proving that even without an upgrade, Hilton's commitment to their loyalty members is unwavering.

We were a bit early during our check-in, so we went to explore the Beverly Hills surrounding area and walked around the fabulous neighborhood, and got a nice drink at the rooftop bar.

I opted to dine at the bar, which offered a lively and convivial atmosphere. The bar menu features a selection of smaller plates and appetizers, perfect for sharing, as well as a range of handcrafted cocktails. The service at Espelette, whether at breakfast or dinner, was impeccable – attentive, knowledgeable, and always delivered with a smile. Espelette is open daily for breakfast, and for dinner Tuesday through Saturday evenings.

The Rooftop by JG, located atop the hotel, provides not only delicious food but also breathtaking panoramic views of Beverly Hills. This stylish and vibrant venue is a must-visit for both lunch and dinner. The Rooftop offers a more casual dining experience compared to Espelette, with a menu featuring contemporary American cuisine with global influences. The dishes are expertly prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients. The ambiance is chic and sophisticated, with a lively bar scene and a relaxed, yet refined, atmosphere. The combination of stunning views, delicious food, and excellent service makes The Rooftop a truly unforgettable dining destination. The Rooftop is open for lunch and dinner.

While the pricing for the spa treatments leans towards the higher end, reflecting the luxurious nature of the hotel and the renowned La Prairie brand, the sheer quality of the experience and the exceptional service made it feel absolutely worthwhile.
